નવી દિલ્હીઃ પાટનગરમાં પ્રકાશ ઋષિ નામની એક એવી વ્યક્તિ વસે છે જે વિશ્વવિક્રમ નોંધાવવાની પ્રબળ ઘેલછા ધરાવે છે. પ્રકાશ ઋષિનો દાવો છે કે, તેમના નામે ૨૦થી વધુ વિશ્વ વિક્રમ નોંધાયેલા છે. કદાચ આથી જ લોકો તેમને ‘ગિનીસ ઋષિ’ના હુલામણા નામે ઓળખે છે.
